Details
A traditional design, with a shiny foil finish, the weight has a hook onto which ribbon is tied, and the other end of the ribbon is attached to the end of the balloons, holding them in place. The hook is concealed, enabling a more aesthetically pleasing display to be made.
Helium balloons held at eye-level are more eye-catching and effective as a result.
Each weight will hold down between 10 and 12 helium-inflated latex balloons.
