Details
A smart alternative to the more traditional foil balloon weight, the weights have a hook attached onto which ribbon is tied, and the other end of the ribbon is attached to the end of the balloons, holding them in place.
Helium balloons held at eye-level are more eye-catching and effective as a result.
On this particular design, the hook is located on an inner edge of the star and is therefore more break-resistant.
Each weight will hold down between 10 and 12 helium-inflated latex balloons.
